Terms and conditions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the rules for entry to and stay at the Golden 777 venue, operated by Golden 777, s. r. o.

2. Subject and scope of services
At the Golden 777 venue, gambling activities — slot machines (VHA) — are operated by the holder of an individual ÚRHH licence, the company SLOV-MATIC, s. r. o. (SYNOT Group, Company ID 31388674), pursuant to Act No. 30/2019 Coll. (Slovak Republic). Golden 777, s. r. o. is the operator of the venue premises and provides bar and lounge service.
3. Entry conditions
- Entry is permitted exclusively to persons over 18 years of age.
- Staff may request a valid identification document (ID card, passport).
- Persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotic or psychotropic substances will be denied entry.
- Persons listed in the Register of Excluded Persons are prohibited from entering by law.
- Staff reserve the right to refuse entry without giving a reason.
4. Rules at the venue
- Visitors are required to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests or staff.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Photography and video recording without staff consent are prohibited.
- Disruptive behaviour, threats or aggression are grounds for immediate removal from the premises.
- The premises are monitored by a CCTV system for safety reasons.
5. Play and winnings
- The rules of individual games are displayed directly on the gaming machines and are subject to ÚRHH approval as part of the SLOV-MATIC, s. r. o. licence.
- Winnings are paid out in cash at the cash desk during opening hours.
- On winnings exceeding 2,000 €, the player is required to verify their identity (Act No. 297/2008 Coll. AML, Slovak Republic). Identification is carried out within the obligations of the licence holder SLOV-MATIC, s. r. o.
- In the event of a technical fault on a machine, the game is interrupted and the stakes refunded.

7. Complaints
Complaints regarding service and the venue premises are accepted at info@golden777.sk or in person at the cash desk. We will process them within 30 days of receipt. Complaints concerning the gaming machines and the course of the games fall within the competence of the licence holder SLOV-MATIC, s. r. o.

10. Final provisions
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, in particular Act No. 30/2019 Coll. on gambling, the Civil Code, and the Consumer Protection Act. The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The current version is always published on the golden777.sk website.
