Responsible gambling
The Slovak Ministry of Finance warns: gambling can be addictive! Gambling is intended exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. If you or someone close to you has a gambling addiction, do not hesitate to seek professional help.
Our principles
At Golden 777 we recognise that gambling is entertainment intended for adults and requires a responsible approach. Gambling at the venue is operated by the licence holder SLOV-MATIC, s. r. o. (SYNOT Group); Golden 777, s. r. o., as the operator of the premises, ensures that the environment remains safe and fair.
Entry to the venue
- Entry is permitted exclusively to persons over 18 years of age.
- We may require you to present an identification document upon entry.
- Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances will not be admitted.
- We respect the gambling ban for persons listed in the Register of Excluded Persons.
Warning signs of problem gambling
Check yourself — if any of these points apply to you, seek help:
- You play more and more often, and for higher amounts.
- You try to recover lost money by playing.
- You lie about how much money you have lost.
- Loans or money intended for bills are going into gambling.
- Gambling affects your relationships at home or at work.
- When trying to stop or cut back, you become nervous or irritable.
- You use gambling as an escape from problems or low mood.
Practical advice
- Set a limit before you play — how much money and time you can afford to lose.
- Play only with money you do not need for housing, food, and other essentials.
- Never play on credit or with borrowed money.
- Do not gamble in stressful situations or under the influence of alcohol.
- Take regular breaks.
- After a loss, take a break — do not try to „chase“ losses.
Self-restriction option (self-exclusion)
If you feel you are losing control over your gambling, you can register in the Register of Excluded Persons covering the entire territory of the Slovak Republic. Once registered, you will be denied entry to all licensed venues and online games for a minimum of 6 months, a maximum of 3 years, or for life.
